after several years of thinking about doing something with my weedy parking strip, I had to be honest with myself that I didn't have the time or expertise to do it right. so I called Prevision. Nick and crew got to work and the result is a really lovely river rock parking strip garden with durable plants. several of my neighbors have commented on how good it looks. the crew worked hard and efficiently on some of the hottest days of this summer. I will definitely call Precision for future projects

We are new to the area. In addition to using Precision for our turf and mulching, we recently used them to add protection to our septic equipment. They built a 2 rock gardens to avoid turf and weeds from growing into or near the septic equipment. Precision's "Enhancement Crew" did a great job. Felix, Mario, and Raymundo were professional and incredibly hard working particularly in this tremendous heat.

We’ve had Josh out for a couple or irrigation projects and he’s done an excellent job. Very communicative and accountable. Will be using them for future projects!
Update: went to turn my system on and it turned out when fixing the last one they broke another one. Unfortunately this pattern of fixing and breaking has been the norm with them and after three projects I’m moving on to a new service. Also could not find our valves after hours of looking - new guy found it in 5 minutes with his tracer. No words.

Josh was highly helpful working through sprinkler challenges in my front yard. I really appreciate their wiliness to help fix my sprinkler system from the DIY and Tree root mess that had been left me by the previous owner. I had crushed lines from roots, hidden sprinkler valve boxes, poor wiring and some very odd things in place. So glad he was able to help as well as Michael who I think came out as well. Their professionalism and know how is very apparent and while the services did cost more than originally intended it was completely warranted given the extended scope and materials required. But it was a job I could never have done on my own. I think the Precision Team was more than fair and equitable in their bid and cost. Would absolutely call again.

Jason was super kind to make time on short notice to respond when I called with a sprinkler system malfunction. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it, found a solution, and fixed it that same day. Super nice to work with, reasonable prices, and great service!! Thank you!!

I called at least 4 different landscape companies in Portland OR for assist on landscape and new fence / gate.
Most didn't even show up or call back. 1 showed up but didn't send the quote I was told would appear.
Precision Landscape was kind enough to actually show up, send a bid!
My area is quite small and I understand how most would prefer larger sites. But the fact that they showed up, were nice, sent a bid, actually did the work agreed on, was SUPER!
I had a blackberry infestation, they sprayed it, then cleared it put fabric down, rocks and rebuilt the fence and gate.
I am completely impressed with their professionalism, prompt response to everything! The workers were great, clean and easy to work with.
I appreciate this company and it's employees very much. I would recommend them.

We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Precision Landscape Services. I never expected the job to be completed in such a short time span. From the start Michael kept the job moving and Ernesto and his crew carried out the work quickly. I also appreciated the artistic ideas that were suggested. We had a paved patio with two corner walls and a gazebo installed, in addition to pavers along the side of our house. Our backyard has been transformed to a space that we can use year round. I would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again for additional work.

I could not be happier with the work that Mike, Ernesto, and the entire team did to transform our yard. They took a space that had drainage issues causing uneven pavers, an evergreen with roots uprooting concrete and keeping other plants from growing, patchy grass, and ugly old fencing and took it to such an inviting, calming place. Mike was quick to respond and communicative through out, had great solutions and was conscious of our budget, and was just terrific to work with. Ernesto’s attention to detail and craftsmanship and the ideas he brought took things to the next level. The team was also very good about leaving things in a manageable place when they left each day of the weeks long project and making sure that everything was cleaned up and perfect when they finished. Our landscaping, stepping stone path, drainage, pavers, and fencing turned out so well and we’re very grateful to everyone involved in the project for giving us this new beautiful space to enjoy.

Our project has been handled quick and efficiently. I have had very clear communication throughout the project and have been extremely happy with the quality of work. Lastly, the crew has been a pleasure to work with, which as you know is not alway the case. If you have landscaping needs, look no further!

I have had several spray services for our yard and Precision is hands down the best service I have had. They do continual assessments of the lawn and the staff at hand are great. Darius Davis is the perfect example of exceptional service; he has repeatedly been to the house, walked with me to assess special areas of interest and then performs the 60,000 square feet of service. He is very professional yet personable with great people skills. Additionally, one thing that I really love about the company is they Stephen Moss always notifies me of the impending service and ask if the date and time to arrive is suitable and if there are any concerns. Communications are even during the weekends. This you do not get from other inferior services. I was recommended by a loyal customer of their great service and am also a loyal customer who also spreads the word of their great service.

Great experience from start to finish. They responded to my estimate request quickly, immediately understood what i wanted and created a lovely design. Work was completed in 2 days as planned and love the results. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

We made the best decision choosing Precision Landscape Service for our backyard patio and walkway project. Our backyard had never had hardscaping installed. We are installing a sauna back there so it was time to address the space and make it usable. I reached out to a few companies and most would not look at my job for six weeks or more. (Granted it was early in the summer when I inquired). Mike from Precision called me within 24 hours of my inquiry and was at my house discussing a bid a couple of days later. As a project manager, Mike was a complete delight to work with. He has vision. He’s an excellent listener and he spent plenty of time going back-and-forth with me about paver options and products that would best suit our needs aesthetically and financially. He was genuinely thoughtful about our project even in the midst of their very busy season. I had a great experience and communication in each tier of this process. The people in the office were extremely helpful and the job went smoothly and as planned. Mike’s crew, Rigo and Jose are fantastic artisans who worked unbelievably hard and efficiently getting our patio and side yard installed. They were conscientious and left the site tidy each evening. Mike came out the morning the project began and spent close to an hour and a half walking through with me and his crew to make sure we were all on the same page about design specs and so forth. I felt 100% confident when they began working that the parameters Mike and I had discussed were understood and being followed, which is a great feeling when the digging begins! Our finished projects are beautiful and we could not be happier! Thank you for fixing up our back yard space! Can't wait to add the sauna and fill the area with potted conifers etc! Before and after photos show what a great transformation they created for us.

We love our new retaining wall from Precision Landscaping. For years I wanted to be rid of our ugly, crumbling, lava rock wall and Precision Landscaping came through for us. Mike helped with the initial bid and plan, and Rigo and Jose did an amazing job executing the plan. They worked incredibly hard, were efficient, kept me informed of progress, checked in with me if a plant needed to be moved, etc. Their excellent work totally transformed the look of my house, and I could not be happier with the results. Plus, they were reasonably priced compared to other bids we received. Thank you!

Mike has vision. Something that was sorely needed for our project. We knew we wanted something better but didn’t know what options were available. Amazing work!! Reynaldo and his team did an amazing job at my daughter’s house. The front garden was very much in need to be taken care of, but due to illness in the family it was left abandoned. In only one day it was all done; pruning, weeding, clearing dead plants, cleaning and removing materials.
The result was unbelievable!! I couldn’t be more pleased! I will recommend your business to everyone I know. Thank you!

I hired Precision to remove the snow from my roof. They did a great job! They also moved all the snow that came off the roof that fell on the decks and driveway. They were professional and positive. I will be hiring them again in the future.

Joe, Jesse and team did a fantastic job regrading our back yard. Joe worked with us to find our budget and get us as much work as we could afford. They also recommended a dirt supplier that was affordable. A+ work and service. Would recommend and will work with in the future if we do more work.

We had a long standing desire to rebuild and re-landscape our back and side yards for several years. Our lot is on a fairly steep slope with different angles to it and no real way to get heavy equipment in to help with the work... We needed to remove several very old and rotted RR timbers, and broken and beat up concrete tiles and do a major renovation of new block retaining walls, proper drainage, rebuild irrigation system, save nice mature plantings, install new stone etc., etc... A real task. And hesitant to do a project, but we finally decided to move ahead. Well, once we contacted Prescision and Joe, our fears quickly subsided... Joe responded very quickly, came out and we worked through what our desires were, some back and forth on developing a plan, pricing etc., and we decided to move forward. As a result, we are extremely happy of how the project went, the workmanship is top notch, came in on budget and right on time (It would have finished sooner, but delayed to due to snow and bad weather for about a week). Our neighbors have complimented on the work and how great it looks and even doing some upgrades to their own places, now that things are getting "freshened up"... It was a complicated project, nothing for the faint of heart, but Joe, Lorenzo, Jesse and the rest of the crew took it all on and basically hit a grand slam home out of the park. Could not be happier... Buzz in Lake Oswego......

we finally decided to move forward with a project we had discussed for years - front and back yard sustainable landscaping design with some space to enjoy our backyard. joe was quick to respond / follow up / present design ideas
we moved forward and were AMAZED with the process and the final results!!!
we gave joe a blank slate to work with as our yard was in need of major TLC. what was delivered was 'on budget' and incredible - we could not be more pleased and the neighbors (and walkers) all stop and stare at the new design (in a good way!!)
it is truly a textbook 'Before-and After project...Joe had a great design to present and modified / improved it as he worked his crew through the installation...it was incredible and fun to watch it unfold
joe was great to work with and his team doing the work was exceptional.
obviously we would recommend his services to anyone, Very, very pleased!!
